In the event you would like to return your item for another product or store credit, the customer is liable for any and all shipping costs associated. We would only refund or exchange any products that are deemed faulty or damaged upon arrival. We take no responsibility in the event of a faulty item where special care instructions were not followed.
Personalized items cannot be canceled or returned except when due to defect.
WHEN do items need to be returned to?
For items that are damaged, defective or wrong item shipped, please send us a photo of the damage within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. If you do not report the damage to us within this 48 hour period, we may not be able to honor your claim. We will provide you with free return or refund. Priority shipping service fee is not refundable
