WHAT can be returned?
Wrapboxx does not offer any refund for change of mind. In the event you would like to return your item for another product or store credit, the customer is liable for any and all shipping costs associated. We would only refund or exchange any products that are deemed faulty or damaged upon arrival. We take no responsibility in the event of a faulty item where special care instructions were not followed.
WHEN do items need to be returned to?
For items that are damaged, defective or wrong item shipped, please send us a photo of the damage within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. If you do not report the damage to us within this 48 hour period, we may not be able to honor your claim. We will provide you with free return or refund. Priority shipping service fee is not refundable
Please contact us via email at hello@wrapboxx.com prior to sending back item. We will inform then of what the return instructions are.
HOW do customers return items?
It is very important that the item been returned is in "new", unused condition with all original, sealed packaging and tags attached. We will not be able to accept any item for return if it has been used. Please ensure you use a trackable or signed- for delivery service such as registered post, as we cannot credit your account until the item has been received.
SHIPPING for returns?
All postage costs associated with the exchange/return are the responsibility of the customer. We regret we are unable to refund the original shipping and handling costs except in the case where the wrong order has been shipped.
CREDIT for returns?
We will credit your account once the item has been received.
Once you place items in your shopping basket and proceed to checkout, pricing will be calculated based on the cost of the items you are purchasing and the shipping type you choose. When calculating your total shipping time, please keep in mind that the day the package is shipped or picked up from our warehouse is not considered the first business day; start counting business days from the first full day that the package is “in transit” to you.
Note: business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and Federal holidays.
Stock is subject to availability. Although we aim to ensure information on our website is correct, we reserve the right to change pricing and availability to its correct form if found to be incorrect.
Domestic shipping takes 3–8 business days, plus an additional 1–3 days for rural and remote areas. These time frames cover the processing of your order and delivery by our courier. For faster service, Expedited and Express shipping are available.
PO Box addresses:
We're happy to ship your order to a PO Box!* Orders shipping to PO Boxes may initially be sent via UPS but final delivery will be made by USPS. Please choose Economy, Standard, or Preferred shipping when shipping to a PO Box. Expedited and Express shipping options are not available.
APO / FPO and US Territory addresses:
We are unable to ship to APO, FPO, or DPO addresses at this time. We are working towards a solution that will allow us to resume this type of shipping.
