Shipping Processing Time
We do our best to process most orders within 1-5 business days. Please note that if your order includes a pre-order item, we'll wait until that item is available before shipping the entire order. During busy times, it might take a little longer to get your order out the door, so we appreciate your patience. Please allow some extra time for delivery. If there's going to be a significant delay with your shipment, we'll reach out to you via email. If you need your order by a specific date, please email us at hello@wrapboxx.com, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
Delivery Delays, Lost, and Damaged Packages
At Wrapboxx, we strive to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible. While we provide estimated delivery dates and take extra care to label fragile items, we understand that unforeseen events can occur once your package leaves our warehouse.
Once an order is shipped, the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) is responsible for the delivery. If your tracking information shows the package as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend the following steps:
1. Check all possible locations (porch, mailbox, garage, with neighbors, etc.).
2. Verify with household members to see if someone accepted the package on your behalf.
3. Contact your local USPS office (or relevant carrier) to confirm the delivery details.
4. Allow 24 hours, as carriers sometimes mark a package as delivered slightly before it actually arrives.
If the package is still missing after these steps, please email us at hello@wrapboxx.com, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier. While we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered, we will do our best to support you in resolving the issue.
For damaged items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will assess the situation and work with you on a resolution, whether that be a replacement or other appropriate solutions.

Please note that customers are responsible for any duties or additional charges that may be imposed by the carrier or the importing country.
Return Policy
For items that are damaged, defective, or the wrong item shipped, please send us a photo of the damage within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. If you do not report the damage to us within this 48-hour period, we may not be able to honor your claim. The priority shipping service fee is not refundable. Please contact us via email at Hello@wrapboxx.com before sending back the item. We will then inform you of the return instructions.
It is very important that the item being returned is in "new," unused condition with all original, sealed packaging and tags attached. We will not be able to accept any item for return if it has been used. Please ensure you use a trackable or signed-for delivery service such as registered post, as we cannot credit your account until the item has been received.
All postage costs associated with the exchange/return are the responsibility of the customer. We regret we are unable to refund the original shipping and handling costs except in the case where the wrong order has been shipped.
We will issue a refund to your original method of payment once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Refund Policy
Wrapboxx does not offer any refund for a change of mind. In the event you would like to return your item for another product or store credit, the customer is liable for any and all shipping costs associated. We would only refund or exchange any products that are deemed faulty or damaged upon arrival. We take no responsibility in the event of a faulty item where special care instructions were not followed.
Personalized Items: Due to the custom nature and permanent processes of personalization, all monogrammed items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. Please ask any questions prior to ordering items to ensure satisfaction with your purchase.
